Grace Pace Services provides an AI-powered developmental support platform designed to help parents of children with special needs track goals, plan activities, and receive personalized guidance. The Service includes goal libraries, progress tracking, AI-generated insights, and related features.

• The AI insights and recommendations are generated based on general developmental principles and your input data, not individualized clinical assessment.

4. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscription and Payment

Grace Pace Services offers subscription-based access to premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase ($29/month per child unless otherwise stated).
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your paid period.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice.

6. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including child profiles, progress data, photos, and reflections ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Grace Pace Services a license to use, store, and process this content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit all User Content and that such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Share your account credentials with others

All content provided through the Service, including goal libraries, micro-step frameworks, AI algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Grace Pace Services or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRACE PACE SERVICES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service
